Despite going to the same university, and even briefly working on the same student satellite project, it wasn’t until after graduation that Kate and Alex actually met. Shortly after moving to Pasadena, Kate was introduced to Alex by a mutual friend and the two of them quickly entered a state of inseparable quantum entanglement.
